We are thinking about creating a series of cook books. What kind of cook book would you like to see? I had someone ask me to separate the cookbooks by items. They wanted a Grandma Maud’s Chicken recipe cookbook and a Grandma Maud’s Pork recipe cookbook and so on and so on. I would love to know what you think since we are creating the books for you.
By the way I haven’t forgotten about our next “What is Southern Food” post. I decided to do the next post on Chitterlings and I will include a great recipe and instructions on how to cook them.
